For all UK mainland destinations, as well as UK Offshore Islands and Channel Islands, ILLUMINATEES currently only offer a standard shipping option at a fixed price of £2.95. International shipping is £9.95 for up to 250g in weight- which, in terms of ILLUMINATEES, is one tee; or £19.95 for two or more tees.
We aim to process and ship orders the next working day- domestic orders should therefore be received within 3-5 days of purchase, with international shipping times varying depending on destination. If you receive an incomplete order, or have not received your order within 7 days of purchase (UK only), please let us know by contacting us at admin@illuminatees.co.uk
Shipping Policy
At ILLUMINATEES, we want our customers to be happy- which is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee or no quibble refunds or exchanges within 21 days of receipt of items.
If you have received any faulty items, or you are not satisfied with the quality of any items in your order, let us know by contacting us at admin@illuminatees.co.uk. We will send you a returns label which you can either fill in and email to us, or print out to fill in and return to us with the item(s) for refund or exchange. Items returned must be in new, unworn condition. Any item(s) returned soiled, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the ILLUMINATEES website. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of returned items for refunds to be approved and processed.
