⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/10 A must see!

WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS

This show is an absolute masterpiece. It’s a bit of a slow-burner to begin with, but once it gets going it’s a frightening vision of a potentially grim future for planet earth and its inhabitants.

Set in Europe and telling the story of the central protagonist, Wilhelm Heinrich Gatsburg, who is initially quite a quiet, unassuming, geeky type. Dropping out of college, Gatsburg cofounds a software company with his friend, that becomes the biggest in the world and- having grown into his role and adopted ruthless business practices- makes him the richest man in the world too (his cofounder buddy dies of cancer which was a shame because he seemed like a fairly decent chap).

Gatsburg meets and marries his wife Marlena and, after spending some time in the company of other super-rich elitists, together they start a charitable foundation. I wondered where the series was going at this point because, on the surface, it seemed like he’d just settled down with his wife, started a family, and was dedicating his own time and a lot of money to worthy causes, such as providing much needed healthcare to less fortunate people living in third-world nations.

There’s this one scene though that reveals that the rise to the top of Gatsburg and his software company was not quite as organic as portrayed throughout the series thus far; at some sort of masquerade ball, sitting with his elite associates, all wearing creepy masks- they all have a right chuckle about how it was they that created the software company to basically spy on people, how they put Gatsburg on the map by installing him as the figurehead, and their hysterical disbelief of how easy it is to manipulate and subjugate people. As the laughter dies down though, the conversation takes a more serious turn, as these rich and powerful men- politicians, world leaders, royalty, bankers, top executives and the like- start talking about how the world is overpopulated and only becoming more so, and what needs to be done about it, at which point the true purpose of Gatsburg’s charitable foundations also become clear.

Gatsburg, with his wife Marlena in tow, continues his objective throughout African and South Asian countries- but instead of using his colossal wealth to develop infrastructure, build schools and hospitals, improve housing and living conditions, or even provide basic necessities like clean water- the focus is on so-called “healthcare”, by which they mean providing “vaccines for all”. They receive heroes welcomes wherever they go, as the recipients of their inoculations are completely oblivious to the fact that the shots are designed to create infertility, so that the villagers- whom Wilhelm and Marlena privately laugh at and talk about in a very derogatory manner- can no longer reproduce and contribute to the overpopulation issue. An investigative journalist that tries to run a story about the paralysis of nearly half a million children in one of the South Asian countries, as a direct consequence of Gatsburg’s vaccination programme, ends up dying in suspicious circumstances.

Long since established as a saviour for his philanthropic work, Gatsburg goes on to speak at high-profile conferences, even candidly and publicly proposing- with the use of a quite preposterous, nonsensical formula- that in order to save the planet from the threat of “climate change”, a concept conceived by Gatsburg and his globalist co-conspirators and driven by the corporate media, measures of not just population control but also population reduction are fundamental. He even states that they can reduce the world’s population by as much as “ten or fifteen percent”, if they “do a really great job on new vaccines, healthcare, and reproductive services”.

In subsequent conferences and media interviews, Gatsburg shifts his focus to what he describes as his biggest fear- the threat to humanity of a deadly virus; proceeding to fund a tabletop exercise in which globalist affiliates from an array of sectors and industries all participate, simulating a response to the outbreak of a global virus pandemic. Sure enough, within a matter of weeks of the simulation exercise, the world is panicking in fear of the spread of the deadly FERS (Far Eastern Respiratory Syndrome)- with governments locking down nations by temporarily closing places of work and education, restricting movement and quarantining travellers, prohibiting people from socialising and even seeing friends and family, and enforcing that people non-stop wash and sanitise their hands and wear face-coverings in public in order to reduce the risk of transmission.

Despite not being a virologist, immunologist, epidemiologist, or having any formal medical training or qualifications- Gatsburg is depicted as an expert on the virus, and presented as the poster-boy and unofficial spokesperson for a global vaccination programme, threatening that there would be no return to “normal” until everybody in the world had been vaccinated. Off camera, Gatsburg and the corporate news interviewers mock the public, commenting on how gullible and malleable they are, and discuss how- once everyone has either been voluntarily vaccinated or sufficiently blackmailed into doing so with the threat of being unable to work and earn money- the next phase of the plan is to implant microchips into everybody. They laugh at how straightforward their diabolical plan has been so far, how easy people are to control, and how much easier still it will be as soon as they’re all ‘chipped. “Their vaccination record; medical history; money; personal details; contacts; criminal record; every move they make; live location; even their likes, dislikes, turn-ons, turn-offs, everything- it’s all going to be on that chip, and then we’ve got them right where we want them, forever” remarks Gatsburg, slowly closing his open palm into a clenched fist, grinning with the demeanour of an archetypal evil genius.

So that’s where it’s up to for now, and although it’s pretty chilling that the narrative in this show is actually entirely plausible, I was nevertheless gripped and didn’t want it to end. The scriptwriting, the casting and acting, the production, the cinematography, the mise-en-scene, the editing, the special effects, the score- EVERYTHING about Eugenics is simply fantastic. Can’t wait for Season 2!!
